Stable International has played an important part in the development of markets for peripheral shopping properties in the Netherlands and Belgium, with exclusive international customers, such as Toys’R’Us, Media Markt, Decathlon, and Marktkauf. Stable International initiated, developed, and is still operating today, the first Factory Outlet Centre in the Netherlands: Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet in Lelystad.
