De Focus on the residents
Project and area development is not a question of planning, executing and leaving. The execution of the centre of Vathorst in Amersfoort with close to 200 different rental homes is a STABLE project (commissioned by MAB/BPD) that has proved very successful. Various different functions were combined into one plan. This resulted in a functional but especially pleasant, attractive environment with a focus on the consumers and the residents of the new city district of Amersfoort and Vathorst.
Batavia Haven is another example of a project in which STABLE developed the concept in collaboration with BPD (then: Rabobank) and Achmea. The environment and the opportunities provided by the location were translated to an attractive residential area reminiscent of a sea harbour. Limited commercial spaces were also realised for a wide range of functions. Functions that reinforce one another in the area. The potential of this real estate project in Lelystad, right on the Markermeer, has been successful for a number of years. For residents, entrepreneurs and visitors, an attractive new environment was created with a sustainable profit for the property owners.
The focus is also on the residents in the development of the city centres and the renovation of shopping centres. A promising development and above all, a sustainable development. STABLE not only has the experience, it is also an advocate of this approach to retail property projects.
